1. Summary

Ganme is a free arcade game published by RİYA Stüdyo. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or any directly identifying personal information ourselves. The game stores your progress and settings only on your device, and shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect certain device and usage information (including your device's advertising identifier), as described below. Questions? 2. Information we store on your device

Ganme saves the following using local storage (localStorage). This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not linked to your identity:

Game progress / level (part) reached
In-game coins / currency balance
Best score / high score
Settings such as the mute (sound on/off) preference
Booster inventory and shop-related local preferences

You can clear this data anytime by clearing the app's storage in device settings or by uninstalling the app. Clearing it resets your progress.

3. Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the game free, Ganme displays interstitial and rewarded video ads using Google AdMob. When ads are served, Google and, where applicable, third-party ad networks acting through Google may collect and process:

Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / app set ID)
Device information (model, OS version, language, country/region, network/carrier)
IP address (used in part to approximate coarse location, e.g. country)
Ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, diagnostics for measurement and fraud prevention)

This information is collected and used by Google under its own policies. Google may use it to serve and measure ads, including (where permitted) personalized advertising, and for fraud prevention and analytics. See:

4. We do not collect personal accounts or login data

Ganme has no user accounts, no login, and no server of ours. We do not collect or store your email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or similar personal data on any server we operate.

5. Children and age

Ganme is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. The game contains advertising. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country (e.g. under 13 in the US, or under 16 in parts of the EU), use the app only with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the ads in this app, contact abonetikapp@gmail.com.

6. How to control or opt out of personalized ads

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" / "Delete advertising ID" (newer Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

7. Data sharing and "selling"

We do not sell your personal information. The data in Section 3 is collected and shared by Google/AdMob and its advertising partners as part of serving ads. We do not receive or store that data on our own servers.

8. Data security and retention

On-device data is protected by your device's own security and OS sandboxing.
Data transmitted by the ads SDK is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) by Google.
We do not operate a server, so we do not retain personal data. On-device data persists until you clear app data or uninstall.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, Türkiye under KVKK), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Because we do not hold personal data about you on our servers: to delete on-device data, clear the app's data or uninstall it. For data processed by Google's advertising services, use Google's privacy controls above, or contact abonetikapp@gmail.com.

10. In-app purchases (if/when available)

Ganme may offer optional in-app purchases in the future, processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your payment card details; payment processing and any related data are handled by Google. Your purchase state may be stored on your device.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will appear here at the same public URL.
